Delivery Policy

Where your items are kept
Everything you pay for appears in My items in your account right after payment. The items stay there, on our side, until you ask for them. Nothing is shipped physically and nothing is sent to Steam without your request.
How a withdrawal works
Tick the items in My items and press Withdraw to Steam. Our team sends a Steam trade offer by hand to the Trade URL saved in your account at that moment, from the shop's Steam account. The item status shows each step: In inventory, Withdrawal requested, Trade offer sent, Withdrawn.
When
We send trade offers by hand, usually within 24 hours of your request (longer over a weekend). Steam sometimes holds recently bought items for a few days before they can be traded; in that case the offer goes out as soon as Steam allows, and the status stays Withdrawal requested until then.
What you need
- a valid Steam Trade URL in your account. You find it at steamcommunity.com/my/tradeoffers/privacy when signed in to Steam;
- a public Steam inventory and Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled, otherwise Steam may hold or block the trade;
- to accept the offer in Steam. Check that it contains exactly the item you asked for.
Changing your mind
Until the trade offer is sent, you can cancel a withdrawal request in your account: the item simply stays in My items. If an offer is declined or expires, we cancel the withdrawal, tell you why by email, and the item returns to My items.
If we cannot deliver
If we cannot deliver an item for any reason, we refund its full price to the card you paid with and the item is marked Refunded.
