1. Who we are and what we offer

Skinzshop is an online shop where registered users buy in-game items for Counter-Strike 2 ("skins") by card, in euros. Bought items are kept in the user's account on the site and delivered to the user's Steam account as trade offers on request.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account.
  • One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account.
  • We may suspend an account used for fraud, chargebacks, money laundering or abuse of the service.

3. Payment

You pay for the items in your cart, or for a single item with Buy now, by card on the payment provider's page. The amount charged is exactly the total shown at checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us. Every payment is listed in your account.

4. Purchases and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include all fees. The price at the moment you press Checkout or Buy now is the price you pay; it is fixed in the payment. Prices follow the market and may change between visits, and the cart always shows today's price.

5. Delivery

Paid items are kept in your account until you request a withdrawal to Steam. Delivery terms are described in the Delivery Policy. If we cannot deliver an item, its full price is refunded to your card.

6. Things you must not do

  • use stolen payment methods or accounts that are not yours;
  • try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
  • resell access to your account or use automated tools to buy items.

7. Liability

Steam and Counter-Strike 2 are run by Valve Corporation. We are not affiliated with Valve and are not responsible for Steam outages, trade holds or changes Valve makes to items. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

8. Refunds and withdrawal

You may request a refund of an item that has not been sent to Steam within 14 days of payment; the money goes back to the card you paid with. Once a trade offer for an item has been sent to your Steam account, the right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies, as you agreed at purchase.
