Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a one-way hash of your password (we never see the password itself).
• Shop data: your Steam Trade URL, cart, payments, items and withdrawals.
• Payment data: card details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach us. We keep only the provider's reference for each payment, which may include the last four digits of the card.
• Technical data: IP address for sign-in protection and fraud prevention, and essential cookies that keep you signed in.

Why we use it

To run your account, deliver what you buy, keep records required by law, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with providers we need to operate: hosting, email delivery and the payment provider. Steam receives your trade offer, as delivery requires.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept for the period accounting law requires. Sign-in logs are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to support@skinshop.example. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
