How buying works here, step by step
- Create an account with your email and confirm it from the letter we send.
- Add skins to your cart and press Checkout. You pay exactly the cart total by card, on the payment provider's page.
- Your items wait in your account. Everything you paid for appears in Account → My items at once. Nothing is sent to Steam until you ask.
- Withdraw to Steam. Add your Steam Trade URL, tick the items and press Withdraw to Steam.
After you ask for a withdrawal
Our team sends a Steam trade offer by hand, from the shop's Steam account. The item status changes to Trade offer sent: open Steam and accept the offer. Once it is in your inventory, the status becomes Withdrawn.
Steam sometimes holds recently bought items for a few days before they can be traded. If that happens, the offer goes out as soon as Steam allows.
Changed your mind before the trade went out? Cancel the request in your account and the item stays with us. If we cannot deliver an item, we refund its price to your card and the item shows as Refunded.
